Primary Purpose: The Instructional Facilitator (IF) provides both instructional and non-instructional support to a supervising teacher.  The IF manages procedures and supervises students during instructional delivery, transitions, lunch, recess, assemblies, and other activities. The IF also facilitates instruction by supervising projects, skills practice, digital learning, and/or by instructing students individually, or in small groups. All activities are directed by the supervising teacher.

Maintain emotional control under stress.  Must be able to move objects up to 20 pounds and use abdominal and lower back muscles for support over time without fatigue. Constant movement and use of limbs; this position requires good manual dexterity, coordination, and stamina.
